Dr. Andrew C. Muller


Andrew Muller, Ph.D. has been a Professor of Oceanography for 20 years.  First at Millersville University and now at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis.  He holds a B.S. in Earth Science from Adelphi University, M.S. in Oceanography and Ph.D. in Oceanography from Old Dominion University.

He specializes in coastal estuarine physics, chemistry, and wavelet processes.

He has performed Professional Development for teachers for 20 years and has written questions for the PA Earth Sciences Praxis.

Andrew has been a long-term reviewer for Prentice Hall Textbooks, and Elsevier journals.

Dr. Muller was declared legally blind in 2013, and has a personal mission to have all visually challenged persons to be able to overcome their barriers and achieve their personal goals.  

Keaghan Muller

Keaghan is an IB student at Annapolis High School and interested in En. Economics & Sustainability

Keaghan is an IB student at Annapolis High School and has an interested in Environmental History, Economics and Sustainability.

He has provided testimony to local government agencies to support environmental initiatives.
